All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Sales Tax
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to certain items in our store, for example EasyBrew tea infuser bottle.
Cange or Cancel Order
Order can be cancelled before payment has been processed. However, once the checkout screen has been completed, further changes or cancelations must go through our customer service team. Please email your order name and change request to us at [email protected]
If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be refunded the freight charge. An order processing and packing fee (inclusive of GST) will also be charged.
Promotions
Discounts: When applying a promotional discount code, it cannot be combined with other discounts & customer will not be able to apply more than one code.
Free Tea: Free tea to be added into cart by customer at checkout via the “free tea pop up”. If the free tea has not been added when processing order, we will consider that customer has opted out of choosing the free gift.
Free Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated on the net total (after discounts applied)
