Our Finger Lime Honey is made with REAL finger limes and 100% raw native bush honey.
Bursting with zesty, floral flavour & slight bittersweet. Finger limes are rich in folate, potassium and Vitamin E. Each finger lime contains three times the Vitamin C found in a mandarin. Vitamin E is one of the most important antioxidants in human cell protection and disease prevention.
Our hives are located in the native forest of the Yarra Ranges. It provides our bees with one of the cleanest, most bio-diverse bushes in the world to forage from.
We know how much goodness the Australian bush can offer. The rare antibacterial activity of honey derived from the native Australian tea tree, jelly bush, eucalyptus varieties, and seasonal wildflowers are amazing.
Here in the Yarra Ranges, our finger lime trees blossom at the same time as the native tea trees, giving the honey its uniquely rich and floral flavour. We then boost the honey with finger lime powder made from freeze-dried fresh finger lime fruits.
Our native honey has no artificial elements, heating processes or added sweeteners. It maintains the original taste of the native Australian highlands.
